FUNDRAISING AND DONATIONS COMMITTEE
The major responsibility of the fundraising and donations committee is to raise the necessary resources for the execution of the organization's budget and to work in cooperation with the treasurer to account for income and payments for programmed and operational activities. The committee is also responsible for planning specific fundraising activities and events.

The Territorial Liaison Committee will have as its functions, to be the link between the inhabitants of the State of Sinaloa with Sinaloan immigrants in the United States and other states of the Mexican Republic. This includes bilateral coordination and mobilization, as well as facilitating the legal flow of people to reunify families and promote the organization, participation and collaboration of the Sinaloan immigrant community.

It shall be optional for the Legal Affairs and Human Rights Committee to intervene in those matters that the Committee Coordinator considers within its competence and submits to the consideration of the President for execution. The main function of the Committee is the legal assistance, defense and protection of the rights of Sinaloan immigrants before contractual facts that may affect their dignity and quality of life as human beings. Likewise, it is in charge of offering information and advice on issues related to the application of norms, laws and regulations in migratory and legal matters.

The Editorial and Cultural Dissemination Committee is responsible for ensuring the quality of the materials to be published in the different media and participating in the production and dissemination of published material to promote and strengthen the mission and image of the organization. It is also responsible for designing programs and actions for the promotion and preservation of Sinaloa's culture, as well as promoting, developing, coordinating and executing all types of cultural activities.

The Communications and Social Networks Committee coordinates the processes and strategies of communication, media, and social networks, the objectives will be to enhance the communication of activities, news and topics of interest among the Sinaloan migrant community, from different entities in Mexico and related organizations. She is also responsible for establishing the vision and managing the overall marketing strategy of the Sinaloense Binational Network in the United States and ensuring the opening and management of social networks and other communication channels and developing and supporting the website in line with the mission of the organization.

This Committee is responsible for promoting and managing social assistance and community programs aimed at assisting disadvantaged or vulnerable families or social groups to reduce inequality gaps in housing, education, mental health and food assistance, in order to improve living conditions.

The Committee is composed of a Coordinator appointed by the President, must represent its target population and must maintain an updated membership database. Member information must be kept confidential and secure within the organization. Under the direction of the coordinator, the committee establishes membership goals, designs a marketing plan for membership promotion and outreach that promotes the value of belonging to the Red Binacional Sinaloense, the membership promotion is year-round. The affiliation and membership recruitment plan must be approved by the Board of Directors.
